2024-2025 Quarterly Tax payment due dates are:
August 17, 2024, November 15, 2024, February 15, 2025 and May 15, 2025

2024-2025 Tax Rates - per $100 of property valuation
Fire District #1
Homestead 2.7245
Non-Homestead 2.9195

Fire District #2
Homestead 2.6298
Non-Homestead 2.8248

If you are a Vermont resident you are required to file a Homestead Declaration each year - this ensures that you are paying the correct Education Tax rate. In addition, residents may be eligible for a Vermont Property Tax Credit.
